Dr. Cabot Jaffee, President and CEO

Dr. Jaffee (M.A., Ph.D.) With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Jaffee is a recognized expert in the field of assessments, and has created valid HR Solutions used by millions of people. His core areas of expertise include candidate sourcing, interview and assessment design/validation, job simulation, and employee development. He has also served as a legal expert for the state and federal court systems and the federal government.

Dr. Jaffee is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Association of Test Publishers and the American Society for Training and Development. He has been appointed to the Congressional Internet Caucus Advisory Committee.

Michael Struth, Senior VP, Operations

Mr. Struth manages AlignMark’s Consulting Services and Product Development areas. He has over 30 years of experience designing and implementing organizational effectiveness programs and has worked with clients from virtually all industries at a broad range of organizational levels.

Mr. Struth has published a number of professional articles in the area of HR, and is the co-author of “The Art of Managing: How to Assess & Perfect Your Management Style.”

Glen Jaffee, Vice President
Mr. Jaffee has worked in the Human Resource space for 20 years, responsible for establishing and managing relationships with companies such as AAA, United Parcel Service, Wachovia Bank and Frito Lay. Client company initiatives included re- engineering workforces from customer service to sales, benchmarking and measuring the knowledge and skills of the sales force and establishing processes used for recruiting, selection and development of people.

Mr. Jaffee brings extensive experiences working with the human resource functions of Fortune 500 organizations to an industry where people are the primary asset of the organization. Since entering the real estate industry 12 years ago, we have become a market leader and proudly worked with the largest real estate companies around the world.

Jeffery Shen, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Shen is the Chief Technology Officer of AlignMark and as such is responsible for overseeing technology and R&D. Mr. Shen has extensive experience in complex software development, designing and managing enterprise software that delivers tangible customer results. Mr. Shen’s experience includes innovate work with online recruitment, online assessment, e-learning, and Rich Internet Application technologies. Mr. Shen continues to be on the leading edge of applying new technologies to HR processes and procedures.
